I am training for the Dublin Marathon and had been experiencing some pain in my left knee as well as some general stiffness in my legs. I contacted Jackie and arranged a 1 hour massage. The massage itself was excellent and really helped sort out the tightness. Not only that, Jackie also recommended some excellent exercises to help with my knee. Overall, it was a very professional, friendly and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it.
